Integration first

Complement the club.
Do not compete with it.

PR5™ is designed to work with the expertise already operating within professional football. Coaching, sport psychology, sports science, S&C, medical, nutrition and performance analysis retain their professional authority, while the club's football model remains primary.

The intervention provides an applied structure around one performance question: how useful football behaviour is maintained, adapted or restored as competitive demands change. Existing video, coaching language and training environments can be used rather than creating a parallel technology or psychology system.

Integrated Delivery

One club environment.
Connected expertise.

PR5 is designed to sit inside the club's existing performance ecosystem, using shared football language rather than creating a parallel programme around it.

12-week implementation

A bounded intervention.
Designed to be evaluated.

01

Baseline & Recognition

Define relevant football behaviours, disruption contexts and existing strengths.

02

Regulate & Reorient

Develop task-relevant adjustment and attentional orientation.

03

Recover & Recalibrate

Train post-disruption recovery and adaptation under progressive pressure.

04

Reorganise & Transfer

Integrate late-game, fatigue, match-state and collective reorganisation demands.

Measurement

Evidence should determine
the claims.

The founding implementation is positioned as a feasibility and implementation pilot with preliminary behavioural evaluation, not as an efficacy trial. Outcomes are predefined before results are interpreted, with player report, coach observation and football behaviour kept appropriately distinct.

The objective is not to manufacture a proprietary score. It is to establish whether selected behaviours can be observed reliably, whether the intervention can be integrated credibly, and whether the resulting information adds useful value to existing club decision-making.
